friendly manager and location, very close to bondi rd. and lots of good eateries.
they only change the sheets once a week and towels when you ask for them. mouldy shower curtain.

The rooms where well above our expectations. We had a private bathroom room and it was very spacious very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was disappointing and only consisted of cereal, bread, spreads, buscuits and cakes. This can be improved with little cost to Sinclairs by adding boiled eggs, yogurts and fresh fruit. Also he internet connection in our room was very week which made it unuseable.

Decent location, off of main road connecting Bondi beach and Bondi junction, lots of public transportation around. Staff you can either love or hate...
Incredibley under par with pictures presented online. Old sheets didnt feel clean. Rumpled sheets, old carpeting (also not paeticularly clean looking), no a/c in room. The room stunk of cigarette smoke!!! The free wifi didnt work in our room. And the shared bathroom facilitoes were incredibely basic. We did not find it to be good value for money but perhaps in this area you need to pay alot more than anywhere else for less..

It was booked in desperation , I didn't know what to expect and I was Disapointed . The owner tried to assist with getting two rooms together with a family of six, this wasn't achieved. The facilities are ok if you know it's a Dorm back pack style accomodation . It was noisy and basic
Perhaps just someone explaining what the accomodation is suitable for and that's not families with children. Ok for a cheap bed with limited facilities and continental breakfast.

The quality of hotel is fair not particular. I was told must prepay the payment for my stay, and no refund if leave earlier or stay shorter than supposed to stay. Unbelieveable such rule, it is against the law in Australia. Owing to my father passed away and I have to leave asap and didn't argue about. It is not fair to us and it looks like the owner tried to get extra money for his pocket since the few nights I didn't stay in Sinclair's Bondi hotel can be rented out to other traveler. it charges me extra aussie dollar 330.

Our room was extremely noise. All the students were smooking and screeming at our door until 10:30 p.m. At 11:00 p.m the manager entered our room by "mistake". Just avoid this hotel if you are not student or backpacker.

location is great, near bondi beach and near busstop to the city nice staff
- too loud due to immature students sitting infront of your hotelroom window till night, then stupid discussion with management why they should leave and let the other guests sleep... - bathroom dirty, full of ants - breakfast o.k. if you don't expect much - don't be mistaken, this is NOT a hotel..it's a hostel !! your room will not be cleaned daily, we stayed 5 nights and noone came to clean or change towels... no good value for your money, then go rather to a proper hostel where you pay and expect less..

Not much but easy access to beach and close to Bondi Rd
Initially charged 'service fee' of 5% for booking with credit card, refunded only after argument, manager is intrusive, double room and ensuite is really converted garage, lousy wifi.
